A native of Venezuela who grew up in Mexico and in the United States, Alex Gutierrez embraces the diversity, multiculturism and multi-sector industry experiences he has been fortunate enough to have had throughout his career.
Alex’s sole focus has always centered on truly exceptional service – especially providing solutions to his client’s immediate and forecasted needs. Utilizing effective training programs to facilitate the initiation process for multiple roles, he has been an instrumental member of sales teams that have broken barriers and exceeded goals. In fact, Alex has brokered more than 200 transactions, serving as the mediator and liaison when communication broke down between parties.
A yacht broker for 7 years, Alex managed a team for the South Florida region, regularly overseeing targeted marketing, development of personnel, construction, human resources and logistics.
Alex has a bachelor’s degree in Supervision and Management from Miami Dade College, as well as a dual Master’s Degree in Business Administration and in Business Administration Accounting from Millennia Atlantic University. Additionally, he holds an associate degree in Engineering from Miami Dade College.
Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, he is excited to connect buyers and investors both domestically and globally with exceptional South Florida real estate.
When not selling real estate, Alex enjoys playing soccer, tennis, golf, swimming and running.
